This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Adiga Travel LLC (“Adiga Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Washington limited liability company headquartered in Seattle, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you browse our website, request quotes, or book travel through us (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the Services.
We aim to meet U.S. federal and state privacy expectations for travel retailers, including Washington and other state consumer privacy laws where they govern our activities. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration within the meaning commonly used in state comprehensive privacy statutes.
1. Information We Collect
Personal information
Identifiers and contact data such as name, postal and billing address, email, telephone number, and date of birth; travel credentials when a Supplier requires them (e.g., passport or visa numbers); loyalty program identifiers; special requests including dietary restrictions or accessibility needs; and emergency contact details you choose to provide.
Browsing and device data
When you visit our site we may log IP address, device and browser type, language settings, referring and exit URLs, pages and features used, session duration, and diagnostic logs. Cookies, pixels, and local storage help us operate the site as described in Section 4.
Booking and transaction information
For reservations we collect itinerary components, fare classes, ticket or voucher numbers, invoices, and communications about your trip. Payment card information is collected by PCI-compliant processors; we do not retain complete card numbers on our own servers. We also maintain records of modifications, cancellations, refunds, and insurance selections tied to your booking.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Bookings and fulfillment. Price, reserve, ticket, change, or cancel air, lodging, tours, cruises, insurance, ground transport; send confirmations, updates, and documents.
- Communication. Support, service notices, and marketing where allowed—unsubscribe links in promotional email.
- Improvement and security. Analytics, product improvement, fraud prevention, and system integrity.
- Legal compliance. Laws, lawful requests, and contract enforcement.
3. Information Sharing
We disclose personal information only as described in this Policy or as required or permitted by law.
- Suppliers. Airlines, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, GDS, and partners worldwide—each applies its own policy and may process data outside the U.S.
- Payments. Processors and banks handle card data under their security obligations.
- Vendors. Hosting, email, analytics, CRM, and advisors access data only to serve us under confidentiality duties.
- Legal and business transfers. Disclosure for legal process, safety, rights protection, or mergers/acquisitions with safeguards.
Vendors may not use your data for their own unrelated marketing.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We and, where applicable, analytics or advertising partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and SDKs to remember settings, authenticate sessions, measure performance, attribute marketing, and reduce fraud. Browser controls let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may disable portions of the Services. Where regulations require opt-in for non-essential tracking, we will request consent before placing those technologies.
5. Data Security
We employ administrative policies, technical controls (such as encryption in transit where appropriate), and vendor reviews intended to guard personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Despite these efforts, no internet transmission or database is completely secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to information you provided.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Delete certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., records we must retain for regulatory or contractual reasons);
- Opt out of certain processing, such as targeted advertising or sale/sharing where those terms apply under state law; and
- Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request where applicable.
To submit a request, use the contact details in Section 9. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting data and will respond within timelines required by applicable law when those laws apply to you. You may use an authorized agent where state law permits, provided we receive proof of agency. We will not deny services or charge different prices solely because you exercised privacy rights, unless the difference is reasonably related to the value of the data.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not target children under 13 or knowingly collect their data in violation of COPPA. Contact us to delete any such data we learn of.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy and update the date above; material changes may be posted or emailed. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update unless law requires separate consent.
